Sundae School Hiring for Warehouse Manager at Los Angeles, CA Full Time

Sundae School is seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations on a full-time basis. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the warehouse. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can drive operational excellence and maintain high standards of quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products, both domestic and international.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize workflow and minimize costs.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, including cycle counts, reconciliations, and stock rotation.
• Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage relationships with vendors, carriers, and other external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and other software tools to track inventory, monitor shipments, and generate reports.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience of working in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of successfully managing warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Proficiency in using Shopify, warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software tools.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teams at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand for prolonged hours and lift up to 50lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and own a car
• Proficient in Microsoft – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Experience in 3PL fulfillment preferred
• Ability to read, write and speak Korean (big plus)
