SunPro Motorized Awnings & Screens Hiring for Human Resources Assistant at Bradenton, FL Full Time

We’re looking for a Team player to manage all aspects of our HR department. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will track, maintain and update employee records, including salary and performance reviews, as well as recruiting new talent. You should be good at teamwork and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. A degree in Human Resources is an asset, yet we’re willing to train the right candidate interested in this position. A basic understanding of the HR process is also required. Successful candidates will work directly with employees on a daily basis regarding personnel needs.

Responsibilities:

• Update job descriptions to ensure they match the actual tasks performed by employees.
• Assist in recruitment process and employee selection.
• Create employment contracts, adjust personnel policies and ensure legal compliance (e.g. contracts, information security etc.).
• Organize and execute training sessions for employees (e.g. workplace safety, software training etc.).
• Manage employee performance review process, including communication with supervisors and employees.
• Conduct internal event planning (e.g. holiday party etc.).
• Submit visa applications and other immigration-related documentation.
• Assist in processing expense reports and reimbursements.
• Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, faxing and scanning documents.
• Maintain employee files, records and databases.
• Use metrics to develop staffing plans to meet business goals (e.g. growth, cost-cutting etc.).
• Review and approve all employee timesheets, complete any timesheet edits, time off request.
• Work closely with HR Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
