HR/ FACILITY MANAGER
SUNRISE REHAB AND RECOVERY
Sunrise Rehab and Recovery is a detox and residential and soon to offer outpatient substance use treatment facility located in San Marcos, Texas that is dedicated to bringing recovery and healthy lifestyles to all in our community. We are especially passionate about serving first responders and veterans but we recognize the value of helping all those in need. We are looking for professional and compassionate individuals that value supporting those in need as they begin their recovery journey.
POSITION SUMMARY
Sunrise is looking for a HR/ Facility Manager that has an attention to detail, great computer skills, and ability to work with all staff in a professional and friendly manner. The Human Resources Manager manages human resources policies and procedures related to employee relations, compensation and benefits program administration, performance management and other special projects. This job is overseen by the Program Director and works closely with both managers and employees to establish, maintain, and improve effective work relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, build morale, attract, develop and retain talent, in order to support the company mission.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment with stringent monthly deadlines and quotas. Employees should conduct themselves in a way that maintains a professional and therapeutic environment while interacting with internal and external individuals. As a facility that provides substance use treatment we expect all staff to maintain their sobriety or a healthy relationship with substances and never come to work or represent the company while under the influence.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk and sit. BENEFITS
Benefits including medical/ dental/vision, paid time off and more are available to all full time employees. Salary range for position is $45,000 – $50,000 based on experience.
