We are searching for mission-driven technical talent acquisition partners who can articulate the work Sword Health is doing to free millions of people from pain. The ideal candidate is more than a recruiter. They are a partner who understands the challenges and needs of the managers and teams they support. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, the ideal candidate understands they are the critical first impression for thousands of candidates seeking an opportunity at Sword Health. There are multiple Talent Acquisition Partner opportunities supporting technical, non-technical, G&A, and clinical teams at Sword.
What you will do:
Regularly partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and prepare for new requisitions.
Develop sourcing strategies to bring in diverse groups of highly qualified talent.
Manage hiring funnels in partnership with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience with thoughtful, interviewer feedback, allowing for confident decision making.
Coach hiring managers through the offer process, and extend offers when appropriate.
Ensure ATS (Lever) is up to date and current, allowing for accurate reporting and data integrity.
What you need to be successful:
4-5 years in full desk recruitment for hyper-scale start-up tech companies preferred
Personable attitude with the ability to concisely communicate the Sword value prop.
A growing network of sources and candidates for opportunities at Sword.
Exceptional people skills to foster deep relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage dozens of candidates across multiple requisitions.
