We are seeking a recruiter who will drive the full – cycle recruiting experience in partner ship with candidates and the hiring manager. We need someone who is excited to identify and hire top talent across all organizations with a focus on Customer Operations and Supply Chain Organization s . We are on the verge of explosive growth and looking for an outstanding recruiter, who is excited to operate in a start-up, to medium-sized company.
What we do
The Talent Acquisition team is part of the Human Resources organization which i s responsible for partnering with Symbotic employees during the employment life cycle; starting with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, learning and development, and employee general support . The Talent Acquisition team supports the organization by engaging, attracting, and ide ntifying top talent into the Symbotic organization .
