System Administrative Services

• Enhances and/or develops implements and enforces human resources guidelines of the organization.
• Works as part of the human resources team to establish wage and salary structure, pay guidelines, performance evaluation programs and evaluate competitiveness of the practices against relevant, comparable companies and managers.
• Develops appropriate guidelines and programs for effective management of the human resources of the organization, including but not limited to the following programs: associate relations, harassment, associate complaints, external education and career development.
• Protects interests of associates and the organization in accordance with human resources guidelines and governmental laws and regulations. Approves recommendations for terminations. Reviews associate appeals through complaint procedure.
• Coordinates with the activities, programs and strategies of other human resources departments throughout the organization.
• Establishes management training programs that address the organization’s needs.
• Reviews and manages associates metrics, such as associate satisfaction, turnover and retention.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with five to seven years of experience in Human Resources.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience at a Human Resources Manager level.
• Thorough knowledge of management and organizational concepts.
• Considerable knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations governing human resources management in healthcare related services and activities.
• The ability to travel extensively within an assigned region in Georgia with occasional travel to other parts of the state as required.

• Possess ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
