Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University; Computer Science program preferred
- 2+ years of proven ServiceNow administration experience.
- ServiceNow certified CSA.
- CIS in one or more ServiceNow applications is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with one or more ServiceNow applications, like ITSM, SPM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with JavaScript.
- US Citizenship/Permanent Resident.
