The Sr. Performance and Channel Marketing Manager – Lead Generation & Nurture, HSI has a rigorous focus towards building, executing and optimizing best-in-class lead gen/nurture programs to drive new customer growth across the HSI Consumer product portfolio. Role responsibilities:

• Help lead end-to-end growth initiatives to drive new customer acquisition through lead generation and nurture efforts
• Increase lead volume through lead acquisition across paid, owned, earned efforts, nurturing and expediting conversion through the buyer journey
• Leverage web analytics tools to provide data-driven suggestions to support demand generation through website and reduce time between website visit to website conversion goals (confirmed form submissions, inbound calls/chats, cart entry and outbound follow-up).
• Daily collaboration with digital, media & analytics teams to develop relevant site metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate website and lead funnel performance and identify opportunities for increased qualified lead generation and customer acquisition
• Have intimate working knowledge of MQL, SQL funnel and MarTech capabilities required to drive lead to sale conversion velocity including lead warming strategies
• Build out segmentation, messaging architecture, lead nurture journeys and orchestration approach to be applied across prioritized segments including eligible and waitlisted cohorts
• Generate briefs/intakes into CRM, Marketing & Tech ops and creative development teams/agency partners to execute and optimize campaigns
• Support the ongoing development of Marketing Automation platform, and capabilities including requirements/intake submissions against desired lead gen, segmentation and nurture capabilities to deliver business goals and drive sustained delivery and innovation through cross-functional support teams

Qualifications:

• 7 – 10 years of marketing experience.
• 4 – 7 years of experience in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods, with a focus on Marketing, Product Management or Sales.
• 7+ years of experience in lead generation strategies and execution
• Digital/performance marketing expertise; ability to build campaigns that connect with audience segments and motivate actions
• Data-driven critical thinking – ability to ask the right questions and use data to develop winning, profitable strategies
• Proven ability to get results and pivot if target metrics are not being met
• MarTech experience is required including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, etc. domain expertise
• Lead gen experience across partner and paid media platforms a plus
• Knowledge of the internet ISP and wireless broadband business
• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees are preferred

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Washington Pay Range: $133,600.00 – $180,700.00
• High School Diploma or GED
• T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work. The CDC defines “fully vaccinated” as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson. Colorado Pay Range : $124,400.00 – $168,300.00

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
