Unity/Unreal Engine Game Developer

Table Mountain Group houses Ti Training and Ti Outdoors, who primarily develops specialized, scenario-based, use-of-force training for law enforcement and the first responder community. In addition, Ti Outdoor produces interactive laser or live-fire training systems around the world.

With expansion into the VR/AR world, Ti Training is looking for a talented game developer who is trained in Unity and Unreal Engine, to create simulated targeting drills, firing line marksmanship courses and combat simulation for our partners, including the US Military.

Since Ti is on the forefront of training and working everyday to innovate use-of-force, marksmanship and combat training, the ideal candidate for this role should be eager to expand and evolve with the company and our client’s needs and not be afraid to go down new avenues of game production.

Responsibilities

• Have a strong foundation in and is proficient with 3D game development using Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Build/Create simulated terrain, game navigation and functionality for first-person shooter scenarios, based on client and subject matter experts (SME) specifications.
• Fully-independent in Unity/Unreal Engine workflows from concept to completion.
• Deliver content in a timely manner and meet reasonable deadlines

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with Unity/Unreal Engine.

• Understand the entire game development pipeline.

• Work with industry SME (Subject Matter Experts) to develop specialized and proprietary elements and game/training content.

• Understanding of Blender or other 3D element design software.

• Be the expert in code-related questions and topics when it comes to the Unity and/or Unreal Engine and systems programming.

• Strong proficiency in C++, with good understanding of OOP, OOD.

• Graphics experience (OpenGL, Shader) highly appreciated.

• High standards for code quality, maintainability, and performance.

• Excellent grasp of fundamental computer science concepts.

• Self-Motivated with excellent communication.
