A boutique Golden hotel is seeking a strong Director of Sales & Marketing to join the team! Our team is family, and our guests always take priority.
Located in the heart of Downtown Golden, just steps from local activities, Table Mountain Inn is a luxury boutique hotel and landmark. The 74-room property offers Southwestern charm for the experienced traveler with top of the line amenities.
We are set to hire an accomplished Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the amazing and collaborative sales team at Table Mountain Inn. We are seeking a strong leader to contribute to this already very successful property by getting creative, being influential, and staying ahead of the curve.
· A proven track record as a Director of Sales and Marketing, preferably with boutique or luxury hotel experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience required.
· Experience in successfully executing banquet and off-site catering events
· High degree of revenue management experience
· Ability to lead the team and maintain a personal sales goal of a major market segment. This is a selling position with a large goal.
· Experienced leader who can effectively manage/coach a team of 2 and ensure action plans and goals are attained
· Technical skills as it relates to sales system management, weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting
· Deploy and mentor the sales team to uncover new accounts and business in a highly competitive market
· Build relationships and enhance lead generation
· Actively participate in sales presentations, property tours and customer meetings.
· Conduct/attend daily business review meetings, weekly strategic sales meetings, management meetings, and other meetings
· Prepare, implement and compile data for the strategic sales plan, monthly report, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/required.
· Involvement in the community and development of mutually beneficial relationships and partnerships
· Overall responsibility for total group revenue and yield strategies, implementation and results including group and transient rooms, group food and beverage, meeting room rental.
· Strategies will include market mix, pricing, status, direct sales, marketing, and acquisition status and results.
· Develop group rates, group ceilings and deployment strategies through review of competitive data, demand analysis and mix management.
· Oversee and implement effective branding, marketing, social media and public relations initiatives
· Work as a team with fellow Executive Committee members to ensure
o Superior guest satisfaction
o Collaborate with the revenue manager and GM to ensure accurate and effective REVPAR and yield strategies
o Excellent execution of events
o Continued growth in RevPar and NOI
o Continued STR report successes
*At least five years of experience as DOS&M is required.* Flexible schedule accommodations including working holidays and weekends are required.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Ability to assess/evaluate employees performance fairly
· Extensive knowledge of revenue management
· Knowledge of hotel and competitive market
· Ability to analyze data and establish and implement appropriate action plans/strategies
· Understand the hotel’s operations, including room types, meeting capacities, services, features and benefits for assigned hotel/s in your territory
