Reports To:Human Resources Manager
Summary of Responsibilities
Handles HR/office administrative tasks.
Essential Functions
Assists with employment application reviews.
Takes incoming office phone calls. Documents customer concerns and notifies Operations and/or Marketing.
Maintains I-9 forms and follows up on employees with expiring documents.
Manages office supplies, kitchen supplies and company courier.
Prepares and distributes A/P checks.
Other Functions
Assists other HR positions as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
One year of administrative experience preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills. Competent in Word and Excel.
Educational Requirements
Bachelors degree required.
Working Conditions
Minimal hazards. General office working conditions.
