SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Human Resources Director is accountable for building and enabling diversity of people, ideas, and perspectives to build a foundation of optimal growth and success for the organization in addition to compliance with all company, federal, state, local,and other mandated human resources, and safety issues. This position is responsible for the administration of all Company human resources policies, programs, benefits, and practices, as well as providing leadership in the day-to-day human resources functions throughout Emory Valley Center.

Oversees unemployment claims and unemployment hearings.
