Location/Schedule:
Tallgrass has a flexible working environment that offers employees the option to choose from compressed weeks with half-day Fridays or every other Friday off and Hybrid options for certain roles. We are currently hiring for this position out of the following locations: Lakewood, CO
Business Partner-Human Resources Primary Purpose:
The HR Business Partner (or Sr.) reports to the Manager, Human Resources and understands how best in class talent drives the organization’s success. The HRBP drives organizational excellence by utilizing their knowledge of the business and competitive marketplace, influencing business decisions, applying data analytics, leveraging built relationships, and utilizing the broader HR organization to execute. The HRBP understands the business beyond the HR function and influences the overall organization to ensure superior operations and business outcomes.
