Act as a coach, trusted partner and confidant who understands when and how to share information in the best interests of people and the business
Consult with the business by understanding how to align and integrate people with business needs through organization design and talent development
Strategize with the business to translate pyramid objectives into talent implications
Leverage HR data to drive improvements in retention, engagement, and diversity & inclusion
Collaborate with human resources partners to lead the delivery and application of HR cyclical processes (Talent Routines, Best Team Survey, Annual Pay & Performance, Strategic Workforce Planning, etc.) to the business units
Support team member experience and employee relations issues with key partners and business leaders
Support the talent cycle through onboarding, assessment of talent, learning and development, and performance management across the client group while ensuring equitable team member experiences

About You:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
3-7 years of business or human resources experience
Experience aligning cross-functional HR generalist and partner teams
Effective thought leadership, critical thinking, strong business acumen and curiosity
Strong collaboration, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate well and interact with all levels in the organization
Ability to consult the business through strong business acumen and presence
Effective problem solving skills, decision making, and initiative to drive results
Strong self-concept, ability to manage conflict and make decisions
Models the way with Target behaviors, focus on diversity and inclusion, learning agility and guest mindset
This position has been approved for a Full-Time Remote Work Arrangement. Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $62,500 to $112,500k. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family.
