Within Merchandising is Owned Brand Strategy and Operations (OBS&O). This team supports the Owned Brand Sourcing & Development (OBS&D) and Owned Brand Product Development & Management (OBPD&M) organizations, multi-national teams responsible for the product creation and global sourcing of Target’s Owned Brands including Apparel, Accessories, Footwear, Home, Hardlines, Essentials/Beauty, and Food/Beverage. The Owned Brand organization includes functional roles such as Brand Management, Design, Engineering, Global Sourcing, Product Development, Packaging, Quality, Responsible Sourcing, and more. Target’s portfolio of Owned Brands is a key differentiator, with these Owned Brands being one of the things our guests love about the Target experience.
The Transformation Office is a team within OB S&O that drives connectivity, removes silos, and develops holistic solutions for the Owned Brand Modernization Enterprise Strategic Priority. The goal of Owned Brand Modernization is to build an industry-leading Owned Brand operating model that modernizes and globalizes the way we create and source products to meet our ambitious financial and impact aspirations. About You
This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that’s not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.
Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is ($81,300-146,400). Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family.
