What you’ll do:
- As a Logistics Coordinator for the Remote Broadcast Operations Team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the technical team.
- Your primary responsibility will be handling all administrative tasks, including GL coding, quote submission for REQs, event documentation, gear shipment coordination, and other related duties.
- With your attention to detail and organizational skills, you will contribute to the team’s overall success by streamlining processes and enabling the technical team to focus on their core responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform account coding for financial transactions, ensuring accurate tracking and categorization.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare and submit quotes for facilitating efficient procurement processes.
- Maintain comprehensive event documentation, capturing essential details and facilitating seamless coordination.
- Coordinate gear shipment logistics, including vendor communication, transport organization, and tracking deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support to the remote broadcast technical team, handling any other relevant tasks as needed.
What you’ll need:
Requirements and General Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of event production coordination experience Hands-on technical experience in field production is a plus.
- College degree in a technical discipline or equivalent military or industry experience.
- Proficiency in standard Google and MS Office suite applications.
- Demonstrated initiative and commitment to project follow-through.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Display professionalism in all forms of communication.
- Strong multitasking abilities and flexibility in shifting priorities.
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. over short distances.
