Responsibilities:
Administers one or more of the following services to include new hire benefit enrollment, benefits administration, annual open enrollment, and/or employment programs/actions.
Triaging emails/voicemails and HR Service Desk tickets to escalate to appropriate person.
Respond to employee inquiries and requests related to all MetroHealth employee benefits.
Process benefits verification letters and dependent verification.
Mandatory Qualifications:
BA in Human Resources or related field. In lieu of degree, any equivalent combination or education, training and experience in addition to the experience stated below.
Two years prior HR benefits experience in a mid-size to large Human Resources department.
Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience with Infor or similar HRIS system.
Previous HR experience in a Healthcare system.
HR certification: PHR, SHRM-CP.
