Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred marketing or related field major
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a consumer-facing product management, sales or marketing role.
• Integrated media strategy and planning experience a plus
• Passion for Experimentation and Personalization.
• Great communication skills – ability to think creatively, lay out a vision, build consensus, and momentum.
• Strong project management skills.
• Team player who thrives in an environment where radical collaboration is highly encouraged: Strong, demonstrated ability to rally and bring varying functional teams together.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of the go-to market strategies that directly influence the growth of Android in the premium segment across Company channels. Some examples (not exhaustive) of potential Go to Market Activities:
• “Below the Line” marketing activities supporting Eligible Device launches or Eligible Device promotions.
• Performance based marketing for Eligible Devices.
• CRM marketing campaigns for Eligible Devices.
• Promotional in store fixtures and in store placement of Eligible Devices.
• Eligible Device specific retail and consumer incentives.
• Hardware and/or services offerings for Eligible Devices.
• Retail sales advocacy programs for Eligible Devices (e.g. Sales Performance Incentive Funds for Sales Staff, sales force rewards).
• Trade in programs for Eligible Devices.
• Sales force incentives programs and rewards.
• Google service promotions (e.g. service trials, bundles or gaming promotions).
• Creative assets placements on specific online channels. Partners with existing agency partners to develop creative and media strategies to support the go-to market activities
• Work with key stakeholders to coordinate all performance reporting for the tactical campaign support. Monitor Android device daily sales and keep Omni-marketing informed of progress towards goals
• Close collaboration with counterparts in other disciplines within the Omni team to ensure cross coordination across all marketing tactics
• Project manage timelines for the campaigns in close coordination with key stakeholders and agency partners
• Research and evaluate new platforms, technologies, competitors and best practices to determine marketing opportunities
• Assists with internal training and education of Android devices and our supporting marketing strategies
• Role will be responsible for coordinating ~$30M annual marketing budget to drive sales of Android devices.
