Description:

• NEEDED: MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SHIFT WORK!

Provide proactive and reactive network surveillance, troubleshooting, coordination and restoration of service affecting or potentially service affecting network events/issues. Provide trouble tracking, coordination, notification, escalation and documentation with direction and guidance from a more experienced network controller or a supervisor to resolve events/issues efficiently to minimize customer impact. Providing global NOC support to Telecom and IT customers with ability to fix 95% of the issue reported.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of network controller or Technician experience on par with a Cisco Certified Network Professional skill set – certification is not required.
• Must have Network Operations Control Center Experience
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Must have an experience in Telecom and IT field
• Ability to identify objections and issues and properly escalate.
• Ability to ensure and achieve timely and effective resolution of issues associated with network issues.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and report on the ticket status and deliverables during an event
• Ability to document and work within established processes.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate across various organizations, management levels and teams.
