… to lead and support the execution of key business strategies by employing proven Lean Six Sigma and Project Management processes within People Operations at a local and global infrastructure level. This will include hands-on evaluations and data analysis, comprehensive read-outs, and solution-based conversations and recommendations as preparation for execution.

You will also collaborate across accounts, verticals, and geographies to resolve key People Operations issues in performance measures, client profitability, technology solutions, process improvements, and change/culture management. This position requires excellent skills and discipline in process mapping, process excellence, and data-driven analysis. This position can be based anywhere in the United States or near shore OR can work in US hours.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth assessments for project validation, scope, and KPIs using proven methods that require enhanced data analytics
• Assess internal and client processes and provide solutions and recommendations for improvement
• Participates in the rollout of new processes or process improvements, providing PM support, analytics, report creation, presentations, training, workshop coordination, or other such efforts
• Responsible for working with Country People Operations, Talent, and Operations leaders to identify strategic capabilities that create a competitive advantage. These capabilities may come in the form of process improvements, organizational enablement, or technology improvements, including desktop automation/RPA
• Incorporates industry standards and best practices into processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage different stakeholders at varying levels and gain buy-in from all involved on critical timelines and initiatives
• Ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical transformation recommendations
• Partner with People Operations leaders to certify LSS projects as cost-saving/revenue-generating for YB/GB certifications
• Communicate, as appropriate, the status of various ideas, assessments, and projects in flight

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred
• 5+ years of robust BPO Operations (Contact Center) or Process Excellence experience
• 5+ years of Advanced Analytics experience, including solution design and analysis creation
• Deep understanding of the contact center/BPO/outsourcing environment
• 2+ years of Human Resources and Recruiting experience or familiarity
• Able to project manage, multitask, and lead change in a highly dynamic environment
• Six Sigma Certification required, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Preferred with more than $4M in cost savings total
• Solid communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner with multiple departments
