Job Title: Communications Analyst

Job Summary: Coordinate and oversee speaking engagements, customer service inquiries, and external events and engagement opportunities. Prepares EHRM leadership for engagements by developing talking points, executive-level briefings, and/or speeches including providing audience insight, recommending delivery methods, and scheduling prep sessions. Create communications documents and briefs for the EHRM program and projects, such as media inquiry responses, project overview slides, fact sheets, newsletters, and blog posts.

Requirements:

Minimum qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional work experience
• Must have experience in creating, applying and maintaining tools to track program, project, or task performance data, including cost, schedule, and performance data
• Must have experience in the creation of routine and ad hoc reports
• Ability to provide oral and written discussion of analytical findings using narrative and graphic forms
• Knowledge of AP Stylebook
• Experience with communication, marketing or journalism
• Bachelor’s degree in a Business discipline is required, or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in the VA
• Experience implementing EHR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,703.43 – $116,061.35 per year
