Looking for a stellar staff member to work primarily as optical/medical biller and coder.
A coding and billing specialist helps the healthcare facility manage insurance claims, invoices, and payments. The day-to-day work of a medical coding and billing specialist includes: Properly coding services, procedures, diagnoses, and treatments. Preparing and sending invoices or claims for payment.
In our practice all staff are cross trained; which means you may be asked to work in different aspects of the practice.
Must be detailed orientated, organized, meticulous, good at basic math, basic computer skills such as excel, word, email, etc.
