Full Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Administers all recruiting functions including tracking requisitions, posting, recruiting, hiring, and developing effective job descriptions. *
Administers the On-boarding Process by coordinating and presenting new hire orientation. Enters new hire information in the ERP system *
Facilitates annual benefit enrollments in coordination with the Corporate Human Resources team. *
Administers the workers’ compensation program for site. Coordinates any follow up required medical care and maintaining the OSHA 300 Log.
Conducts exit interviews and completes necessary exit paperwork*
Prepares correspondence within the Human Resources Department including but not limited to offer letters and unemployment correspondence. *
Serve as member of the Safety Committee ? ensuring all reports are posted daily/monthly. *
Provides coaching to supervisors on corrective action, performance management, and other employee relations issues. *
Maintains and updates human resources information on the company intranet and other communication devices. *
This role also includes other administrative duties as assigned.
