Position Summary
The Director of Human Resources forms part of the Hotel Leadership team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the hotel. The Director will oversee all aspects of the Human Resources division including benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and retention, communication, career development, compensation plans, training, and legal matters related to the hotel employees.
