This position presents a positive first impression of the establishment’s friendliness, excellent service and high standards. Applicants should have prior experience in a full service restaurant and be able to work weekends and holidays.
Managerial Responsibilities include…
- Comfortable learning new technology
- Party inquiries and booking
- Printing out of menus and wine list.
- Complete opening duties as assigned.
- Operating an online reservation system (OpenTable)
- Operating of POS system (Toast)
- Updating website hours and menus.
- Managing social media content with the social media manager.
- Talk to your employees about what they do and why they use the methods they use.
- Handling guest compliments and complaints at time of situation or followup in an email or phone call.
- Treating every guest with equal importance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
