Looking for an experienced server for our new restaurant The Grit Counter in North Charleston. Our Service is counter focused with a full bar. We have a fun new concept of bringing in high quality, Chef-driven ingredients and presenting it in a casual atmosphere. Our base pay is $8 per hour guaranteed plus tips. Tips in our first five months of opening have increased the per hour for our servers to $20-$40 per shift for 7 hours shifts.
This is the second location of the Grit Counter, and our third restaurant in the company. We have the original Grit Counter in Mount Pleasant and our sister restaurant, Grace & Grit, also in Mount Pleasant.
We are looking for someone who enjoys conversing with customers, and prides themselves on hospitality. Our menu is fun, but different than the average customer expectation. We hope that you can guide them through a different fun experience with great opportunity to make high end money.
