The Judge Group Hiring for Bilingual Human Resources Generalist at Pennsylvania Full Time

Description: Our manufacturing client is currently seeking a bilingual Human Resources Generalist. They are looking for someone with manufacturing experience and the desire to grow and be mentored into an HR Manager role. This position is providing relocation assistance for candidates outside of the local area.

This job will have the following responsibilities:Provide effective recruiting strategies for exempt and non-exempt positions and partner with HR Leader to identify staffing needs to determine the most effective means to fill open positions.
Coordinate and post job openings with appropriate sources.
Review applications/resumes and refer qualified candidates to hiring department management.
Effectively communicate with candidates to schedule, interview, and hire.
Administer all new hire orientations and paperwork.
Introduce and encourage employees to be engaged in company initiatives.
Manages all aspects of relationships with approved temporary staffing agencies.
Effectively communicate Safety strategy and performance to employees and engage them in the process.
Serves as liaison and knowledge center to facility safety committee, providing ongoing education and support.
HR Initiatives.
In partnership with Site HR Manager, provide proactive HR support and execution in all business initiatives.
Research and provide input of HR products and processes to suggest better ways HR tasks can become more efficient and improve HR established practices.
Play an active role in coordinating all employee activities and support site initiatives to encourage an engaged workforce.

Qualifications & Requirements:Must be Bilingual – English and Spanish
Must have 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience in manufacturing
Ability to read, write, and communicate in Spanish, preferred
Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word programs.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, general public and outside vendors by telephone, in person and through written and verbal correspondence.
Ability to perform duties with minimal direction and self motivated. Individual should be able to exercise sound judgment, be able to plan, be well organized, work well under pressure, take the initiative and be flexible and cooperative.
Able to address and resolve employee issues and conflict with diplomacy. Able to maintain confidential information.
