We are seeking a highly collaborative HR Manager to lead HR activities, including recruitment, staff management & development, and office administration. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with thorough knowledge of HR functions and best practices. Working cross-functionally, the new manager will increase business efficiency by developing HR strategies & initiatives while promoting the organization’s human resource values and ensuring compliance with company policies & local regulations.

You will be supported by an HR Coordinator, and in turn, will support the growth and development of your direct report(s)
•
You will be one of the key leaders in a larger HR and Recruiting Team
•
You will be an Employee Relations expert, and a Generalist, with passion for, and experience in, one or more of the following areas: Benefits, LOAs, Workers Compensation, 401(k), Compensation, or other HR disciplines
•
You will help build the capability of Managers to be great leaders of people and teams
•
You will be a subject matter expert with HRIS, Timekeeping, and Applicant Tracking systems
•
You will be an ambassador for our fun positive work environment and will be a leader in the council that fosters teamwork and recognition on an ongoing basis throughout the year
•
You will share responsibility for HR data integrity and recordkeeping, reporting and analysis, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
•
Other duties as assigned
•
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
Qualifications
•
You have a Bachelor’s degree, plus seven or more years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
•
You will have superior communication, customer service, and management skills along with the ability to present positive messaging and communicate vital information to our internal customer on a daily basis
•
Flexibility in adapting to the Road Runner Sports communication style is a must
•
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations
•
Strong skills in developing and analyzing HR and other business metrics a must
•
Advanced ability with Excel, Word skills and HRIS applications
