MARKETING MANAGER WANTED FOR FAMILY LAW PRACTICE

Are you a marketing specialist with a passion for driving highly qualified leads into law firms? Our rapidly growing family law firm is looking for a savvy Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing campaigns on social media platforms, Google, newsletters, and the like in order to boost our firm’s online presence.

As a key member of our marketing team, you’ll be responsible for crafting compelling campaigns, developing targeted social media strategies, and analyzing data to optimize campaign performance. Responsibilities

• Market management: develop, maintain, test, modify and track the firm’s marketing strategy.
• Create and supervise all aspects of the firm’s marketing strategy, including: internal and external communications, branding, advertising, event management, business development, community involvement and charitable efforts.
• Project and manage the firm’s marketing budget and expenses with monthly and yearly projections.
• Direct mail campaigns: tracking, reporting, testing, managing, and working with our current and future clients.
• Create and manage engaging and visually appealing content across social media platforms.
• Develop and implement various campaigns to increase conversions and ROI.
• Manage marketing staff and vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in tracking marketing analytics and reporting.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media advertising and community management.
• Experience with search engine optimization.
• Self-motivated and a desire to get things done.
• A solid understanding of developing and executing various campaigns.
• A desire to constantly learn and grow.
• Ability to accept feedback and learn from it.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, friendly attitude along with a collaborative spirit.
• An ability to focus on details.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
