This position is responsible for processing and payment for goods and services necessary for the Bank’s Information Technology operations. In addition to provide basic administrative duties, this position will be responsible for creating and designing efficiency opportunities through automation under the guidance of process re-design developers.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare all invoices related bank technology and data processing environments. Process invoices completely and accurately including gathering of business owner signatures, coding and entering invoices into database.
Maintain and reconcile the banks technology & Information Technology department General Ledger accounts. Work with comptrollers to resolve all differences with these accounts.
Track and monitor telecommunications services and expenses. Oversee the entire wireless inventory and billing. Procure new equipment when needed. Work closely with System Analysts in getting equipment distributed.
Coordinate preparing budgets for IT department heads.
Work with Automation Developers to create more efficient processing and look to automate or simplify processes in order to scale services without adding continuous manual work.
Interfaces with various vendors to obtain quotes.
Utilize UI Path software to perform simple account maintenance on an ad hoc basis within in quick timeframes
Maintain RPA (Robotic Process Automation) inventory and estimated cost Saves
Create dashboards and presentations around efficiency gains to track progress and pipeline potential
Performs other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND TRAINING
Knowledge of and the ability to accurately apply generally accepted accounting principles.
Knowledge of and the ability to practically apply modern office practices and procedures related to accounting, including software programs for personal computers.
Knowledge of general ledger accounts and how they relate to invoices.
Base knowledge of various technology environments and willingness to learn new environments.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.

EDUCATION
Bachelors preferred. In lieu of Bachelors, Associates and relevant work experience required.

Minimum 2 years’ experience commensurate with job function.

Work is performed in a normal office environment. Noise levels are usually moderate.
