As Director of Repair Services Operations, collaborate with executive leadership and own responsibility for achieving targeted business objectives for the repair services management team and ensure that departmental decisions and project plans align with the business plan and long-term goals of the company. Increase ROI within the department which represents 80% of the companyxe2x80x99s total revenue. Be a driver of new initiatives to streamline and increase efficiency related to all aspects of the service repair department including staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities.
