We are actively searching for a PRODUCTION MANAGER to join our client, a privately owned business that is expanding and advancing their technical capabilities and service offerings.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this is a career growth opportunity in Operations Management to bring creative energy to the job each day. This is a key leadership role at their main location in Missouri and responsible for improving operational efficiencies and maximizing production. You will oversee production planning, continuous improvement activities, warehousing and safety and training.

You will be strategic in hiring and leadership, yet also have the change to roll up your sleeves at this well run facility near Cape Girardeau Missouri.

Background

• Bachelors Degree in business, science or technical discipline
• Production Management experience
• Tech Savvy! Strong hands on experience using spreadsheets and forecasting models
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong work ethic,
