Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
· Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape, leveraging this information to drive strategic decision-making.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and operations, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
· Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, events, and public relations.
· Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best pracCces in marketing, and proactively apply this knowledge to enhance marketing strategies and tactics.
· Foster a collaborative and innovative marketing culture, encouraging creativity and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
· Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing roles, including progressively increasing responsibilities and leadership positions.
· Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
· In-depth knowledge of marketing technologies and tools, such as marketing automation, CRM, analytics platforms, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
