The HRM provides HR consulting and advice to individuals within The Toro Company’s El Paso, Tx. Railroad manufacturing & DC sites as well as Sanford, Fl. site. Partners with leaders on talent strategies including organizational design, succession and talent planning, leadership development, conflict management and change management. Works with others to develop people-related strategies in alignment with enterprise strategic priorities with a focus on attracting, developing and retaining a high-performing and diverse team. Partners with centers of expertise on talent strategies and practices.
