Role: Senior Compensation Analyst
Reports to: Director of Total Rewards & Workforce Planning
Location: This role will be remote in the continental US, Alaska, or Hawaii
Hours: Full-time
Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000

Overview of the role
The Senior Compensation Analyst will oversee the development and maintenance of Trevor’s compensation structure, will be responsible for maintaining pay equity and transparency for the organization, and will conduct all market pricing, job re-leveling, and calibration exercises. They will work with the team of Business Partners on ongoing compensation needs for the organization and be the dedicated resource for compensation on the Total Rewards team.

What you’ll do
- Develop, implement, and administer compensation and incentive policy, procedures, practices, and programs for the organization
- Provide guidance and consultation to HR Business Partners regarding compensation and incentive policies, practices, and procedures
- Create and distribute Total Rewards training materials for use in virtual platforms such as webinars and delivers presentations to educate staff
- Develop reports to evaluate compensation programs, using metrics such as dashboard analytics
- Conduct market surveys to determine external compensation trends and apply job evaluation techniques to determine internal equity considerations
- Coordinate, advance, and coach continuous improvement enhancements for automated processes, in conjunction with other stakeholders on the People & Culture team
- Streamlines processes for employee self-service tools, such as reporting (for manager), to answer compensation-related questions
- Coach, train, and assist team members by sharing knowledge and experience when opportunities arise
- Partner with other analysts in the identification and implementation of process enhancements and develop new applications for compensation systems and tools
- Applies, assesses, and interprets program metrics regarding adherence to standards such as policies, practices, and regulations to determine risk for non-compliance. Examples include pay transparency laws, EEOC compliance, and FLSA compliance
- Assess impacts of compensation changes as they affect the budget. May recommend options regarding program costs, including alternative approaches. Assists with annual workforce planning exercises as they relate to compensation assumptions
- Other responsibilities as assigned
