Reports to: Human Resources Director
Compensation: TBD, based on experience
Location: Office is in Kaukauna

Summary: The Human Resources Assistant for Focus Property Management will ensure that all employment candidates will receive top-notch customer service. A detail-oriented and sociable producer, this key team member will ensure compliance with the FPM recruitment and screening process. Responsibilities will be introductory calls with applicants, managing candidate progression through hiring system, setting up interviews, assisting with and participating in recruiting activity as well as other administrative HR tasks.
