Position Summary
This position provides exceptional customer service to students, staff, faculty, and administration of The University of Olivet. The successful candidate greets visitors to Student Services, answers general questions, directs constituents to the appropriate person, assists the Student Account Specialist, as it relates to student accounts and collections, and provides general support for work study and registration.
Education and Experience
The requirements listed below are representative of the education and experience necessary for an individual to perform the essential responsibilities satisfactorily:
Required: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of one (1) year experience in an office at an administrative assistant level are required for this position.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3 years’ experience in an office setting as an administrative assistant.
Compensation
This is a full-time, 12-month, exempt position with a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, with generous paid holiday and leave time. Tuition programs available.
