Responsibilities :
Understanding system functionality for Enterprise HR Systems (Workday, SAP)
Evaluate and align testing to system configuration to ensure appropriate functionality
Resolve escalated defects/system issues found in testing to development team
Lead the documentation of functionality gaps, incremental processes, and testing results
Lead the assessments of current and future state processes, identify and escalate gaps / risks, and provide recommendations on mitigation
Identify areas of opportunity for future enhancements to increase efficiency and consistency, and improve employee experience
Assess and analyze and make recommendations of labor and resource impacts at a micro and macro level as it relates to various project(s) and team(s)
Oversee the development and communicate job aids, operating guides, and business processes
Understand the application testing/quality assurance lifecycle
Demonstrates a working knowledge of the business and takes a consultative approach in anticipating, assessing, and providing creative HR solutions to business priorities
Provides consultation to clients by partnering on moderately complex HR processes, procedures, precedents and initiatives integrating appropriate centers of excellence (COE) partners as necessary
Handles correspondence with clients including high level executives
Basic Qualifications :
Ability to manage conflict, partner, communicate professionally, be flexible, and able to prioritize and multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Proven experience in an HR Operations environment or support of an operation
Proven experience with one or more of the following: Workday, SAP, data integration, data conversion
Proven experience with large scale multifaceted projects
Requires excellent planning, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative manner with remote team members in various time zones
Proven ability to multi-task and follow up independently
Demonstrated ability to adjust to change in a positive, productive manner
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools
Minimum of 5+ years human resources generalist experience in progressively responsible roles
Prior HCM Workday implementation and hyper care experience
Experience and exposure to a variety of HR facets including organization development, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning & development and compensation
Proven ability to effectively interact with all organizational levels in a multicultural environment and build strong, trusted relationships
Excellent consulting and conflict management skills
Strong use of judgment to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends and recommend multiple solutions

Basic knowledge and application of international, federal and state employment laws
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience directly supporting clients
Workday & SAP experience
Project management experience
Additional language skills: Spanish, Portuguese, French, Traditional/Simplified Chinese
Required Education :
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or combination equivalent work experience
