The Human Resources Manager position will be based at our Rockford, IL site supporting the Protein and Cell Analysis business within the Biosciences Division.
The Thermo Fisher Scientific Rockford, Illinois, site provides R&D, manufacturing, operations, marketing and other support for the Thermo Fisher Scientific protein biology product and service portfolio. Scientists in academic, pharmaceutical and other research laboratories use these products to identify and understand proteins, which are essential for normal function in the human body and enable them to understand diseases to develop treatments and cures.

Key Responsibilities
Education
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Master’s degree preferred
Experience
Generally, at least 5 years of HR work experience or equivalent work experience required
Knowledge and Complexity of Role
