GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Organizational Development Specialist will focus on leadership development and the alignment of Professional Development Planning (PDP), succession planning, high potential talent and building career pathing. Additionally, they will create opportunities to support growth to sustain internal promotions. Will perform a variety of tasks with the objective of supporting the training and development systems. This position applies a comprehensive understanding of the organization and advanced knowledge of software programs to assist in the full scope of development of training content from conception to completion. The role requires the development of communication and operations systems to scale development and make it accessible organizationally. The Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for the full scope of training content creation, operational systems, data analysis and reporting. This position works with multiple internal departments/contacts, and prepares reliable, detailed, and accurate development data.
