Job Description
The HR Generalist is the face of People Operations for managers and employees in the region. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR functions.
To be successful in this role you’ll be a self starter with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. You’ll feel confident to share ideas and offer innovative solutions to support the day-to-day challenges. Position Responsibilities
Guide and coach managers through day to day people related topics as well as deliver new manager training and refreshers in collaboration with People Development
Oversee and execute on the full spectrum of people related responsibilities including but not limited to; performance management, coaching, employee relations, new hire feedback and exit interviews
Research, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives; have the regional gauge of employee engagement and moral in the offices and teams
Partner with HRBPs to support their businesses and work on projects related to retention, engagement and our Third Bridge culture
Foster a performance culture with a positive approach to coach and guide employees
Analyse data using HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates, exit interview data and compiling recommendations and support the HRBPs to create repeatable feedback loops with their business units
Evolve and deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and managers
Responsible for overseeing new joiner paperwork and setting up on our HRIS and delivering new joiner inductions.
Be the ‘go to’ expert in the region for local employment law
Ensure we are fully compliant with local immigration requirements and conduct right to work checks to the region
Ensure regional best practice, compliance, processes and procedures as well as global consistency with deliverables
Work closely with all centers of excellence across the People Operations team including; Talent Acquisition, Total Reward and People Development
Be the go to person of the region for all people queries and providing assistance and finding solutions where needed
Qualifications
2+ years’ experience within HR
Strong understanding of local employment legislation
Experience of handling employee relations cases, particularly performance management cases
Knowledge of employment law

Base Salary: $75,000-$85,000
