The Product Organization is undergoing a multi-year transformation to adopt common standards for planning and operating, aligning around how the team develops and ships products. The goal is to ensure products are successful in meeting both customer and business needs.
The Product Operations team sits within the Product organization, and drives programs with the different cross-functional teams to ensure a successful partnership, creating outcomes that align to the most important client needs. Common tools, processes, skillsets and communications provide a framework for greater interoperability across the product teams, will allow us to deliver high quality product experiences to our customers, and provide a foundation for greater growth across the business.

We’re looking for an experienced, analytical, flexible and collaborative Product Operations Manager to join our ranks and continue to evolve the product operations function in a scalable way for the business. This role will fall under the strategic operations umbrella, but will work closely with colleagues focused on tools and learning to implement common frameworks.
What will you be doing?
Take the lead as the Product Org’s objectives and key results (OKR) champion. Coordinate strategy for OKR tracking and alignment across the product leadership team and product lines. Coach teams in drafting and refining OKRs.
Lead OKR analytics: Identify themes, including successes and pain points in achieving our product OKRs. Work with leadership to re-prioritize or identify pathways to successful OKR outcomes. Analyze state of affairs and compose “how are we doing” narratives for QBRs
Optimize product employee onboarding experience.
Build and refine processes to identify and manage cross functional projects with multi-team, multi-month, or multi-product line dependencies.
Be an evangelist for the product team and positively help shape the enterprise product culture.
Collaborate with product operations and product line leads that are embedded with different product teams to implement tools and share expertise in order to amplify the effectiveness of product across the company.
About You
You are a fit for this Product Operations Manager role if:
You are an expert at synthesizing complex information and actionable insights for senior leadership.
Your writing is crisp and clear.
You have experience coaching individuals or teams.
You have a deep understanding of product management best practices and a strong affinity for product and operations.
You are excited by coaching teams to implement and use OKRs.
You have a minimum of 7 years of progressive product/program/project management experience, including implementation programs of cross-functional projects in a technology or matrix organizational environment.
You are enthusiastic and experienced in developing and iterating on minimum viable processes and can influence team behaviors to facilitate collaboration at scale, without compromising on speed, trust, and flexibility.
You are a curious and an enthusiastic learner, comfortable working in a dynamic environment where you must flex to meet evolving internal customer needs.
You know how to communicate effectively and persuasively, with a focus on building strong working relationships.
You are skilled with PowerPoint, Excel Sharepoint, and project management tools.
You are willing and able to flex your schedule to work with global business partners as needed
Bonus points
You have experience in a fast-paced development environment including use of Agile development.
You have professional certifications such as Project Management (PMP), Change Management (PROSCI) and/or Agile (Scrum Master, ACP) certifications or related training and experience
You have prior experience evaluating the health of a business through a quantitative lens, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
You consider yourself an expert using Pendo, Aha!, Azure DevOps, and/or PowerBI
