You’ll quickly learn that Three Hills is not like any other real estate brokerage. Our offices are virtual and operate in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. We strive to back our team with passionate support while providing some of the best resources and tools available.
Our single Realtors are offered two very straight forward and easy to understand commission programs. The Traditional Split and The 100% Club. It is your responsibility to identify potential candidates for these programs and convey the benefits to them.
Traditional Split team members benefit from one of the most aggressive commission splits in the industry with non of those ridiculous marketing fees or franchise fees “off the top” and we double down with an equally as aggressive low yearly cap.
100% Club members benefit even more when they buy out their yearly cap in advance at a significant discount savings to their total “cost of brokerage”.
These are two phenomenal programs designed for established realtors to get the most out of their careers. In addition to that we are finding that newly licensed salespersons are thriving in our system as well.
What we seek is to reward the qualified individual that is well abled to take our message to the “street” and effectively acquire professional talent to grow our brand.
What you can expect is as much personalized attention as you need to get started and a commitment to back you with the resources you find necessary to accomplish the directive. You will receive direct commission based on production plus recurring revenues when both you and your new team members remain with the brokerage year after year. You will earn a piece of your acquisitions production for the life of our relationships.
An average acquisition of a single new 100% club member every two weeks will gross you $51,675 in guaranteed earnings year one. Averaging 1 club acquisition per week will take you over $100,000 per year as a base. Continue the pace of averaging 1 productive acquisition per week and by year two your earnings are expecting to be close to $160,000 Traditional Split candidates carry the opportunity to earn you even more per recruit, although these commissions will come over time as the agents engage in real estate business transactions rather than the upfront guaranteed payment as such as with the 100% club members.
It is the Talent Acquisition Specialist’s responsibility to identify and engage potential candidates, fostering a positive rapport and continuing to develop these relationships long term with a vested interest in their satisfaction and long term retainment to the team.

We encourage applicants to be in the upper New England region in order to maximize production by offering face to face meetings with potential candidates when necessary, as well as be available for potential networking opportunities in all three of our service states. However, this is not a requirement and we fully acknowledge that there are strong candidates with demonstrated track records of producing high ticket conversions, remotely.
