Job Description:
Greet visitors coming to the Downtown Transfer Station
Sell bus passes to passengers
Produce daily sales reports, enter data into spreadsheets, and prepare daily deposits
Ensure 100% accuracy of tickets, cash, and change fund
Assist passengers with route information and route planning
Maintain needed route schedules
Respond to inquiries and calls from the public and internal staff
Work Hours: Monday – Friday (no weekends!)
Monday: 9:15 am – 6:15 pm
Tuesday: 7:45 am – 4:45 pm
Wednesday: 7:45 am – 4:45 pm
Thursday: 6:45 am – 3:45 pm
Friday: 7:45 am – 4:45 pm
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent education
One (1) year experience in a clerical or customer service environment
Working knowledge of computer software dealing with public response
-OR- One year of college may substitute for one year of experience
Starting Pay Range: $15.45 – $16.50, depending on experience
Position Salary Range: $15.45 – $22.19
