Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for formulating feasible annual work plans according to the company’s strategic planning and sales targets, and guiding and supervising the implementation of the plans to achieve the annual targets;
2. Responsible for the overall management of production planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics and quality control, and the construction and development of supply chain management system and team to provide a strong guarantee for the company’s development strategy;
3. Responsible for the overall management operation and performance of the company’s supply chain, organized the formulation and implementation of supply chain strategic planning, promoted and implemented the establishment of the company’s logistics information system, improved and optimized the company’s distribution network and warehousing process according to the company’s global customer distribution and related policies, and effectively implemented supply chain quality control; Provide supply chain management solutions for the company;
4. Responsible for the company’s supplier management, control procurement costs, logistics costs, production costs, and ensure material delivery and quality. Optimize and integrate supplier resources, establish supplier assessment system;
5. Responsible for improving the professional ability of the department staff, providing timely training and guidance, ensuring the improvement of the department’s talent echelon construction, formulating and implementing the performance appraisal plan of the department staff, and adjusting the examination objectives and contents in time according to the actual situation.
6. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, excellent conditions can be appropriately relaxed;
2. More than 10 years of supply chain management experience in large and medium-sized enterprises, such as production planning and procurement, factory management, familiar with the construction of supply chain system;
3. Familiar with the procurement management process, operation mode and characteristics of group enterprises, with large-scale communications industry background or global supply chain director or above management experience in foreign enterprises is preferred;
4. Familiar with the methods and means of cost control, strong sense of cost control, familiar with material market conditions, supplier resources, business operations, and rich practical experience in contract terms, legal affairs and business negotiations;
5. Have good target, plan and budget management ability, and have strong strategy implementation ability, strong communication skills and team leadership;
6. English as the working language, simple Chinese communication is preferred.
