About The Role
We are looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner Lead (HRBPL) to join our growing Human Resources team in North America. Based in New York, this highly visible role aims to provide strategic partnership and consultation to the growing TikTok – US Tech Services teams.
As an HR Business Partner, you will support your organization’s leaders and team across the entire talent lifecycle. The role will be expected to strategize and collaborate with corporate, local, and Center of Excellence (CoE) HR team members to identify growth opportunities, engage and retain employees through HR initiatives, and aid in establishing an efficient organizational design. You will lead a team of HR Business Partners to evolve the organization’s human capital effectively and provide timely HR advice.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in New York City is $111600 – $216000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, restricted stock units, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
