Hours – 37.5 hours per week
Salary – £19,354.00 with annual increments
Location – Hybrid working – a combination of home working and Together Trust Central Office in Cheadle, Stockport
Reporting to – HR Advisor Shared Service

We are looking to recruit an HR Administrator to join our Shared Service team within the HR Department to support all departments across the Trust, covering but not limited to onboarding, general queries, contractual amendments and maintaining accurate employee records.

If you are looking for that first role to start your HR career, then join our team as you will have the opportunity to gain CIPD Level 3 qualification via the apprenticeship scheme once your probation has been passed.
What can you bring to our team….?
We are seeking an individual with GCSE’s (5 A-C’s or equivalent including maths and English) and is enthusiastic and has a want to develop in the role.
Are you experienced working in a customer focused environment where you must deliver against requirements, work to deadlines and prioritise your own workload?
Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, organisational skills and a good level of computer literacy including all Microsoft Office Applications Advanced Excel?
An essential aspect of this role is to be customer focused, responsive, and cooperative with customers. Are you pro-active, enthusiastic, self-motivated and adaptable to change? An additional requirement of this role is to be able to maintain confidentiality in accordance with Data Protection.
