RATE: $19.15 Per Hour. $40,000 Year

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interested in growing professionally and moving up in our company.
• Performs a variety of administrative tasks associated with supporting the duties of the Sales Account Managers.
• Serves as customer service representative by answering phones and general emails, responding to requests and taking appropriate actions.
• Responsible for entering purchase orders and giving detailed notes on available stock.
• Maintain project filing, ensuring invoices, reports, and all other required documents are being uploaded and maintained.
• Prepares and mails catalogs for specified account base.
• Willingness to pitch-in and take on new projects as requested.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work in an office Monday through Friday 40 Hours a week. No nights or weekends!
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly self-motivated and results oriented.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment required.
• Sales and/or Marketing Experience a plus.
• BA preferred.
