Position Summary:

Tranquil Trails Travel is seeking a Scheduler to join our team. • Liaise with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates.
• Maintain organized records of travel bookings, schedules, and client information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide support to clients and team members as needed to ensure smooth travel experiences.
• Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the department and ensure a positive client experience.
