We are looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator to our growing team!
About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Recruiting Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. We are outpatient behavioral health (primarily psychiatry and therapy) provider that is quickly expanding to new locations with a growing workforce. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, comprehensive mental health services to the communities we serve. This is an excellent opportunity to work at a fast-paced organization and directly help the recruiting team find excellent professionals to serve our clinics.
The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for assisting recruiters with the recruiting process. This role is a critical part of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate hiring activities
- Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails and drafting offer letters)
- Prepare and post job ads online
- Help schedule resume initial phone screens and follow-up interviews
- Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
- Maintain candidate database
- Handle records and paperwork
- Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)
About You:
- Proven experience as Recruitment Assistant or another recruiting-related role
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
- Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Great attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- The role is remote
- 2-3 years of recruiting or similar experience
- Strong writing skills are a must
- A team player mentally
- A detailed planner
- Strong organizational skills
